Windborne Healing Arts
Release. Restore. Reconnect.

Our Healing Philosophy
At Windborne Healing Arts, we believe that healing is not something given—it is something remembered. Every person carries an innate capacity for balance, restoration, and well-being.
Our role as practitioners is not to “fix,” but to activate and support your own natural healing intelligence so it can do what it knows how to do best.
We honor ancient energy healing lineages while bringing them into the modern age, integrating contemporary insight, grounded intention, and practical application to create sessions that are both effective and relevant to today’s world.
Our intention is to bring your energy back into balance, allowing you to move through life with greater clarity, vitality, and a deeper connection to your true purpose.

Meta-analysis of 20 RCTs showed that hypnosis significantly reduced anxiety and pain compared with standard care during invasive medical procedures, and also lowered physiological stress markers (heart rate, blood pressure).
In a placebo-controlled RCT comparing Reiki, sham Reiki (Feiki), mindfulness, and waitlist control for chronic knee osteoarthritis pain, clinically meaningful symptom reductions (>30%) were reported in both Reiki and mindfulness groups versus control, indicating feasibility and potential benefit.
